Over 100 inspectors and support staff provide technical expertise, specialised training and reviews for Service Centres as well as delivering the everyday needs of the motoring public.

Inspectors need to have practical technical knowledge and experience, comprehensive knowledge of documentation and great customer skills.

Our Auckland-based training centre provides thorough training to ensure participants can meet the high standards of VINZ and New Zealand Transport Agency’s Performance Review System to be able to work on the job.

Our training centre is also a compliance service provider in its own right. We deliver hands on learning of aspects such as technical interpretation of documents, consistent inspection techniques and in-service WoF and CoF testing.
