Ken has had a successful career in both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive roles in the Hume Group of Companies including directorship of all companies in the Group. Ken has extensive production and financial management experience in manufacturing and distribution companies in various industries including concrete products, steel pipe manufacturing, roof tiles, iron foundries, wire products, steel merchandising, vitamin manufacturing and international export distribution. Ken is a former CEO of New Image International Ltd. and Spiral Welded Pipes Ltd and Director of Hurricane Wire Products Ltd and Plumbing Irrigation Supplies Limited

Ken is currently a Director of KP Management Services Limited (jointly owned business consultancy practice) which has been involved in consultancy services to a broad range of industries since year 2000)

Michael joined the VINZ Board in July 2004. Michael has had a successful career in the Turners and Growers group of companies including Managing Director from January 2003 to June 2005.
Michael is currently Chairman of Turners Auctions Ltd and a Director of Turners & Growers Ltd, Turners Finance Ltd and McKay Shipping Ltd.

Michael resides in Masterton

Dick joined the VINZ Board 14 December 2000. However, he was effectively involved in the creation and foundation of VINZ in an executive capacity via the IMVDA the founders of VINZ in April 1994.

Dick has been in the motor industry for 52 years and is one of the South Island pioneers of the used import vehicle trade with Japan via his company Dick Gray Holdings Limited. Dick is will known in the trade and an active consultant to the trade.

Dick is currently a Director of Dick Gray Holdings Ltd and Crowne Developments Limited and a former director of Miles Motor Group Limited (10 years), Townsend & Gray Limited (LMVD) and Leycar Motor Village Limited (LMVD).

Dick resides in Christchurch

Gavin joined the Vinz Board in July 2005.Gavin is the former Managing Director of Top of the South Cars Ltd and Top of the South Motorcycles Limited. Both companies were involved in new and used motor vehicle dealerships including a compliance service centre and seat belt installation divisions. Gavin was a National Board member of IMVDA including two years as South Island chairman.

Gavin is currently a Director of MTF Direct Nelson (finance Company) and property companies Craigieburn Estates Golden Bay Ltd, Tasman Property Holdings Ltd and Florida Developments Ltd.

Gavin resides in Nelson

David joined the Board of Directors in June 2010. He has over 30 years experience in the motor vehicle service and repair industry. He has owned and managed his own businesses for over twenty years. In the last fifteen years, David has been involved in the vehicle compliance sector.

David was a member of the Vehicle Safety Advisory Committee (VSAC) during the policy negotiation and drafting of the Compliance Rule and has been a committee member of the IMVIA for the last six years.

David hold directorship in a number of companies but notably in Vehicle Testing and Compliance 2007 Ltd, and Keppler Weir Holdings Ltd.
